prompt for 9/19

I feel it is super difficult to figure out what he means of what reality really is. He proclaims that "the world is his will," which to me means that we give representation to the world as we see fit. When we experience something and combine it with the science that we learn, we then create relativity and perception in the objects and things we find actual reason in.

I was slightly confused and wondered if all the italicized words were actually the definition of reality itself. Reason, philosophy, etc. But if "the world is his will".. or "our will"... doesn't that mean reality is at our own disposal.. or will?
