Schopenhauer believes art is so special because it is the purist form of expression. Through art, humans transcend the boundaries of communication and are able to express and create new ideas. Art is imperfect in the sense that no two impressions will ever be the same. It is also perfect, as it is the inner vision of one's own will.

I completely agree with this. Everyday people are coming up with new ideas for a certain piece of art. It doesn't always work in their favor, but it helps them get out bad feelings and bring in new, good ones.
