Response to Prompt 10-31-11

From what understood of his comments, Nietzsche definition of good music is definitely nothing Wagner does. Good music must speak to you, and in doing so, it makes you a better person because of it. He even makes it seem like, if the music is good, you become a better listener because of it.
"Every time I heard Carmen I seemed to myself more of a philosopher, a better philosopher" is a quotation from section one, that seems to resonate, from Nietzsche's point of view, that good music speaks to you and makes you a better person because of it.
