Feedback: 11/30/11

The presentations brought up several fantastic points. The first was the contrast between the presenters' opinions on which elements of music are most important. Jordan stated that she thinks the lyrics are the most important part of a song, yet others described the tone, "feeling", or moods it created as the greatest part. It was very interesting to see that music can affect people in different ways simply due to their interests. Their interests seem to influence which elements of music they decide to focus on. (e.g. Jordan saying she has always been a writer and focuses on the lyrics).
