Nietzsche doesn't like Brahms because he claims that there is too much yearning in his music, and it is the music of dissatisfied women, and that only certain people are affected by his music. I'm not entirely sure what that is supposed to mean, to be completely honest. Nietzsche also claims that Brahms' music is "impersonal", and later on says that Brahmas "mourns for himself", so I think what he means is that his music is not relatable, and that is why it is not good.
